Rustic mashed potatoes
Baked acorn squash quarters
Sauteed peas with onions and thyme
Hermits for dessert
Cooked way too much food this week due to a miscalculation on the number of people who were coming to dinner. I see turkey soup in my future.
Ted handled much of the cooking today as I had a work issue to deal with. He made a rub of the turkey parts. Nice flavor to the skin.
He also added a bit of mustard to the potatoes at mashing. I didn’t notice it however he liked it.
