A couple of new recipes this week.
Garlic & lemon braised lamb
Roasted winter vegetable pot pie
The lamb was cooked in a pressure cooker in 2 batches so as to feed the 8 adults & 3 children in attendance. The recipe came from the little booklet that came with the pressure cooker. A little too lemony for me so maybe next time I’ll 1/2 the lemon juice and increase the chicken broth to compensate.
