Another wonderful Saturday night filled with food and Flux, perhaps my favorite game ever.
December 6th menu
Linguini with creamy tomato sauce
Italian sausages (a mix of hot & sweet)
Green salad (Boston lettuce, chicory, parsley & roasted red peppers with a lemon vinaigrette)

The tomato sauce was based on this recipe. I substituted a can of diced tomatoes and a can of tomato sauce for the jar of pasta sauce. I also didn’t have any dried basil so I tossed a couple of sprigs of dried thyme into the sauce while it cooked. It was generally well received though the nutmeg wasn’t really noticeable.
