Smaller group this week. Here’s what we ate.

June 27th Menu
Maple-Glazed Pork Tenderloin (Cook’s Illustrated – requires an account)
Rice Pilaf
Roasted Asparagus
Sauteed Kale and Garlic (with kale from ted_badger‘s garden)
Homemade bread

Cherry-Lime Tart for dessert

Notes

3 tenderloins was enough for 7 people with 4 slices left over.

Even when cutting the rice pilaf recipe by 1/3 there was still a lot left over.

Ted added the harvest grains mix that miss_jenith recommended to his bread this week. Very tasty.
