Saturday night – 09/18/10

Almost everything this week came from Cook’s Illustrated or at least the ideas for most stuff came from there.

Menu
Maple-glazed pork roast with rosemary
Roasted Potatoes
Summer Vegetable Gratin
Sauteed arugula with balsamic

Pineapple upside-down cake

Notes
There was one serving of the veggie gratin left so it was a hit.
All the potatoes went, also a hit.
Joe Cronin consumed most of the arugula.
The pork was tasty though not particularly maple or rosemary tasting.
The cake was, as always, a big win.
