Smaller group this week and no vegetarian so I made a main that integrated both the meat & starch. Ted made the stir fries and the bread.

I ground the pork for the lasagne myself from a ~3 lb. pork butt and a 12 oz. package of salt pork. I used a pound of it in the lasagne and froze the rest in a couple of bags for future use.
Ted made 2 separate broccoli dishes because G was enjoying the broccoli by itself. Nice Teddy.
