T-minus five days until Thanksgiving. I’m thankful that someone else is cooking the turkey this year. 🙂

Full house this week with 13 people in attendance (9 adults, 4 children). Everything was well received.
I baked the chicken in a large foil pan with a stainless steel cake rack in the bottom. It solves a past problem of chicken getting soggy in the rendered fat while cooking. Now to work on crisper skin.
The beans were very tasty. Recipe to follow sometime this week.
