Saturday night – 02/02/2013

A third of our regular guests were off enjoying the winter weather in Vermont. The rest of us enjoyed one of our standard menus.

Baked kielbasa with barbeque sauce

Notes
There were 8 of us for dinner this week (7 adults; 1 grumpy child).

I baked the kielbasa at 350°F for about 20 minutes just to heat it through. I halved them lengthwise, placed them cut side down in a 13″x9″ glass baking dish and added a 1/2 cup of water to keep them moist.
