A smaller group joined us for dinner this week.  We still cooked too much. 🙂

Moravian Chicken Pie (from Cook’s Country)
Steamed Red Potatoes with Thyme and Rosemary
Glazed Carrots
Black pepper and bacon drop biscuits

There were 6 of us for dinner this week (5 adults; 1 child).

We saw the chicken pie being made on Cook’s Country and thought this would be a nice opportunity to give it a spin. Very tasty.

Ted made the pie so I took over the biscuits and dessert baking today.
