Saturday night – 12/19/2015

The menu this week starts with fish tacos for our friend Joe whose birthday was the next day. We add in other taco fillings for those who aren’t hip to the wonder of fish tacos.

Notes
10 gathered for dinner this week (7 adults; 3 kids).

I cooked 11 tilapia filets and all were consumed.
I made ~2.5 lbs. of turkey and about half of it was left.

We had both flour and corn tortillas available. Toppings included shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, scallions, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, spicy mayo and avocado.
