11 gathered for dinner this week (7 adults; 4 kids).

2#s each of the kielbasa and linguiça, again some amount left over
5#s red onions used for caramelized onions, lots leftover

A vague plan for using the leftovers for White Bean and Kale soup

Also, 4 boxes of pierogies with some number left over
