There’s a new grill at the old homestead so it was imperative that we christen it properly. Everything else flowed from there.

Grilled Chicken Thighs with Roasted Red Pepper Yogurt sauce

7 gathered for dinner this week (6 adults; 1 kid).

The sauce went well with the chicken though next time I’ll drain the roasted peppers after I give them a whirl in the food processor. The farro recipe is based on something from one of the recipe mailing lists I subscribe to.

Ted made the cauliflower and popsicles.
