Saturday night – 10/14/2017

Whenever I’m at a loss for what to make for Saturday dinner I just look back a year, or two, for inspiration. That is, after all, one of the reasons I record our Saturday night gathering menus.

Oven Barbecued Ribs
Buttered Shells with Parsley

Parker House Rolls

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Notes
8 gathered for dinner this week (6 adults; 2 kids).

Ted made the rolls, which were really extraordinary.

Dessert was going to be a ooey-gooey chocolate chip cookie dough skillet pie with Oreos and peanut butter cups in the middle. However the godchild who requested it didn’t join us tonight so we just enjoyed some of the raw cookie dough instead.
