Saturday night – 12/09/2017

Ted took over the dinner menu this week because I wanted to make a jelly roll for dessert. The turkey roulade look similar to the jelly roll; dessert could be called a roulade if we were so inclined.

4 gathered for dinner this week (4 adults; no kids).

Ted made the roulade based on a pork tenderloin based one he created earlier in the week. For some reason the turkey one took almost 3 times the cook time to reach a safe temperature. It was quite good once done though.

We had a braised red cabbage dish planned however snow and ick kept about half our guests away so we saved it for another night.
