Faux Cheesecake with sliced kiwis

8 gathered for dinner this week (7 adults; 1 kid).

For dessert, I made a no-bake graham cracker crumb crust, covered it with cream cheese whipped with heavy cream, chilled that, and covered the whole thing with sliced kiwis. The cream cheese filling layer was a bit thin for my taste, though Ted said it was good. That layer could have been a bit more solid so either more cream cheese, add some mascarpone, or less cream in the future.
