The weather was decidedly cooler today, with rain forecast for the entire day. We took advantage of it by using the ovens for 3 out of 4 meal components. The results were pretty awesome.

11 gathered for dinner this week (9 adults; 2 kids).
Canned chickpeas, two thinly sliced zucchini, 2 1/4″ diced bell peppers, 6 oz. purple radishes, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Second try on the brownies. I realized the original recipe had no salt so I’m adding a 1/4 tsp. of sea salt to see what it does. The espresso flavor was more noticeable this go round. Still very good.
