10 gathered for dinner this week (8 adults; 2 kids).
I made the chicken with 12 thighs and doubled most everything else (except onion due to an oversight). After getting everything in the pot (a large 18″ covered saute/skillet) I moved it to a 350°F oven for ~25 minutes. I pulled the flabby skin before serving as it did not look pleasing.
The potato pancakes were a bit under cooked for my taste.
